"Full-auto personal defense weapon. High damage." ― Description

The AKS-74U is a Soviet fully-automatic personal defense weapon. It is part of the AK Expansion, along with the AK-12 and the RPK-74.

It can be obtained through the Mystery Box if the player owns the weapon pack.

Pros & Cons

Pros:

• High damage for its class.

Weapon Upgrade

When upgraded via the Pack-a-Punch machine, the AKS-74U becomes the Bakunin.

With the Anarchy Module, kills will grant a stacking Anarchy buff. Each Anarchy stack increases damage by 10% and fire rate by 5%, up to 5 stacks for a maximum of 50% damage and 25% fire rate increase. The buff lasts 3.5 seconds, after which all Anarchy stacks expire. Kills reset the 3.5 second timer.

In addition to the stacking Anarchy buff, the Bakunin gains increased damage and a higher multiplier for shots to the head. The upgraded weapon also gains a larger ammo reserve.
