The AUG A3 is an Austrian fully-automatic assault rifle. It can only be obtained through the Mystery Box.

The AUG A3 is a moderately fast-firing assault rifle with low recoil. The weapon has above average handling and hip fire accuracy for its class. It can fire out of sprint faster than other assault rifles.

With its respectable damage, the AUG A3 can output a large amount of damage with decent precision. It comes with a hefty ammo reserve. However, it does suffer from higher damage fall-off at range.

Pros & Cons

Pros:

• Moderate fire rate and stable recoil.

Cons:

• Slightly lower per-shot damage at range.
• Has to be acquired through chance from the Mystery Box.

Weapon Upgrade

When upgraded via the Pack-a-Punch machine, the AUG A3 becomes Aggression.

With the Adrenaline Module, the upgraded weapon gains a fleeting movement speed boost on kill. The boost increases movement speed by 50%, decaying over 3 seconds.

In addition to the movement speed boosts, Aggression gains improved damage and a higher headshot multiplier. The upgraded weapon also has a larger magazine capacity and maximum ammunition reserve.
