Dead players (or "killed players") refer to players who have been downed, never revived, and teleported back to Purgatory. After the revival timer runs out, the dead player breaks into pieces and disappears from the gameplay map. Once they return to Purgatory, they must wait for surviving players to complete the current round. After a round is completed, all dead players respawn in the gameplay map with a Beretta M9.
When a player dies, the player loses all of their perks and weapons but keep their points.
Dead players can spectate surviving players and access standard lobby GUI functions.
