"Double Points!" ― Announcer
Double Points is a power-up that doubles points gained for 30 seconds.
The Double Points effect applies to all sources of point gain, such as killing zombies, repairing barricades, as well as points awarded from other power-ups.
The effect is gained when the pickup is collected and applies to all players for the duration.
If Double Points is already active when the power-up is collected, the duration of the active effect will be extended by the full 30 seconds.

The Double Points power-up is represented by a floating ×2 symbol for the point mutliplier.
The power-up HUD icon similarly depicts a 2× symbol.
