"Semi-auto battle rifle. Good fire rate. Power and control." ― Description
The G3A3 is a German semi-automatic battle rifle. It can only be acquired through the Mystery Box.
The G3A3 deals high damage per shot with moderate recoil. In addition, it has decent ammunition reserves that deplete slowly due to its semi-automatic nature.
The weapon's semi-automatic nature lends itself to precision use. Its recoil is manageable but noticeable, which can impair the rate at which follow up shots can be delivered.
Overall, the G3A3 best excels at medium to longer ranges. Up close, the weapon may not be as potent due to the cumbersome nature of semi-automatic fire and its relatively slower handling characteristics.

Weapon Upgrade[]
When upgraded via the Pack-a-Punch machine, the G3A3 becomes the Great Dane.
With the Sighthound Module, the upgraded weapon deals 160% damage while it is aimed down sights. In addition, the weapon also benefits from a 10% increased semi-auto fire rate cap of 550 RPM while aiming down sights. While firing from the hip, the upgraded weapon instead fires fully-automatically. With Double Tap Root Beer, it is capable of killing zombies with a single headshot up to and including round 32 when the Sighthound Module is active.
In addition to the increased damage and fully-automatic fire, the Great Dane benefits from increased damage and a higher headshot multiplier. The upgraded weapon also gains a larger maximum ammunition reserve.
