Perk Machines are utilities that take the form of beverage vending machines. Each machine sells a different beverage that grants the player a perk that will help them fend off the zombie horde. They require the power to be turned on before they can be used. Once powered, the perk machines turn on and start glowing with their respective color.
The player can interact with a perk machine to purchase its beverage and acquire its perk. Each perk will cost a different amount of points. Once purchased, the player will put away their weapon to drink a bottle of the beverage.
During the animation, the player loses access to their weapons. They are unable to fire, reload their weapons, or knife for the duration. They are still able sprint while drinking. However, their movement will be briefly slowed during the actual drinking portion of the animation.
After drinking the bottle, the player's vision will briefly turn blurry and tinted with the color of the perk to signify that the perk's powers have been gained.
Perks last until the player goes down, upon which all perks are lost.
Players can have a maximum of four perks. Their perks are listed in the bottom left of the screen. When reaching the limit, the player will be unable to purchase more from perk machines.
Available Perks[]
There are five perk machines that are scattered across the map, each providing a unique perk.

---|---|---|---|
Quick Revive | Revive downed players twice as fast. Health regeneration delay is halved. |

Trivia[]

- Before the Juggernog bug was patched in the Barrett .50cal Update on June 7th, 2020, players were able to still gain the effects of all 5 perks by having the Juggernog health increase persist after the perk was lost.
