"Semi-auto shotgun. High capacity. Triple magazine tubes." ― Description
The TS12 is an Israeli semi-automatic shotgun. It can only be acquired from the Mystery Box.
The weapon feeds from three magazine tubes, with each tube holding up to five shotgun shells. The TS12 has an extremely high capacity for a shotgun, at a total of 15 shells between each magazine tube. Once the current magazine runs empty, it will need to be rotated to next the magazine tube before the player can continue firing.
The weapon has a fast fire rate for a shotgun. However, output is interrupted by the need to rotate the magazine every five rounds. The weapon deals slightly lower damage per shot compared to other shotguns.
With its relatively large frame, the TS12 has subpar handling compared to other shotguns. The weapon is reloaded by inserting one shell at a time into the shotgun. Given its large capacity and multiple magazine tubes, the weapon can take a long time to fully reload. However, this process can be interrupted midway if needed.
Similar to other shotguns, the TS12 is rendered virtually useless at further ranges. Its pellets will not do any damage at distances beyond their maximum range.
Overall, the TS12 is capable of high bursts of damage up close between magazine rotations. Its large capacity and rate of fire allow the player to dispatch groups of targets. However, the reloading the weapon is a lengthy process.
Pros & Cons[]
Pros:
- High damage shotgun blasts up close.
- High fire rate.

Weapon Upgrade[]
When upgraded via the Pack-a-Punch machine, the TS12 becomes the Tempus Volat.
With the Hora Fugit Module, the upgraded weapon is converted to fully-automatic fire using birdshot ammunition. The birdshot shells have an increased pellet count, at 6 pellets per shot (up from 4). Birdshot also has increased pellet spread, at 6.5 minimum to 11.0 maximum (up from 5.5 minimum to 8.5 maximum) and 7.0 while aiming down sights (up from 6.0).
The module also allows the weapon to reload two shells for each inserted, reducing the time taken to fully replenish each magazine.
In addition to fully-automatic fire, birdshot, and hastened reloads, Tempus Volat gains increased base damage and headshot multiplier. The capacity of each magazine tube is also increased to 8 for a total of 24 rounds in the weapon, along with a larger pool of reserve ammunition.

- When the two other tubes have the same amount, the player will default to a counter-clockwise rotation.
- At the start of a reload, the player will first rotate the magazine to the tube with the most shells if not already the case.
- This allows the weapon to immediately have the most shells ready if the reload is interrupted.
- The birdshot rounds of the Tempus Volat have light red shells.
- When the rotating the magazine tubes, the magazine locking lever is visually depressed.
- When the last shell of a magazine is fired from the TS12, the bolt is held open and the bolt release button is visibly engaged.
