The weapons featured in Project Lazarus are categorized into nine different classes.
The player starts the game with the Beretta M9 and can acquire additional weapons by buying them off the walls or from the Mystery Box. Weapons can be upgraded using the Pack-a-Punch machine.
The player can hold up to two weapons at once (three weapons with Mule Kick). Upon hitting the limit, acquiring new weapons will replace the currently held weapon. Weapons are lost on death.
Weapons can be customized with weapon camouflages in the Armory.
